      Skin chemical: not so much.
      But we have fireproof fabrics that sit close to your skin: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nomex
      Some of my mates here work on that, and a related one, Kevlar, that they make bullet-proof vests out of.

      no skin fire-prof chemical has been invented yet, there are plenty of chemicals that can make one more flammable though. 🙂
