        Hi!

I watch a lot of comedy shows, I find laughing really relaxing. I feel better when I go for a run, especially when it’s nice outside and I can go in the park. Finally food: when I have a disappointing day at work or I’m tired, I like to order a nice pizza and eat chocolate!

        Jess.

        Hi Mais,

I think the best way is to do something that you love that you get totally absorbed in. One of the reasons I love doing pottery is because it is something that is totally relaxing and so different from my job plus I get to create useful and beautiful things.

        Hi

thanks for your question. I don’t think it’s any more or less stressful than any other job really. I do get stressed but I go to the gym and I adore yoga. I like to hang out with my friends too and my boyfriend is learning Chinese massage so that all helps de-stress!!

I love (trying) to play the guitar. That really relaxes me.

I also love climbing (indoors) – not exactly relaxing but it takes me mind off everything and relives stress.

        Hi Mais

Exercise works a treat for me. That and cooking. For both, I get really lost in the activity and it chills me.
