I would have Ferran Adria (world famous and inspirational Chef and founder of “El Bulli”). I could practise my terrible Catalan with him and hopefully persuade him to cook/pay the bill.
I had my chance to ‘work’ (which would have actually been sweeping the floor lots and peeling tiny, rare vegetables) in his restaurant years ago, but I would match rather have dinner with him.
