      Convincing my wife to marry me/getting a PhD/working at the Fat Duck restuarent

      I’m writing my first scientific paper (its how scientists tell each other about their work) at the moment, if I get that published then that would be huge for me!

      I think my PhD was a great achievement but the work that I did for it helped to save lives in a hospital, so I think that was probably the best thing so far!
